Challenge

Garibaldi Glass first came to Straydog in 2012 with hopes of re-designing their website. We began with a discovery session and uncovered many challenges with their brand. It’s 2020, and we continue to work with Garibaldi on a comprehensive set of services including: brand storytelling, graphic design for all internal and external sales and marketing material, digital strategy, website design and development, social media strategy and marketing, copy writing and brand messaging.

Background

As a glass manufacturing company who specializes in unique and innovative glass & methods for interiors & exterior commercial and residential properties — this was not being expressed visually.

Action

When developing Garibaldi’s brand identity refresh, we looked at the finer details of their corporate messaging, typography, graphic elements and logo. We dug deep into their corporate vision, story and market position to create an entire new brand “Story”. Once based on innovation, family values, the “never give up” attitude and that second best is not good enough.
We develop a new brand identity and logo, with a new “G” letterform in the logo comprised of strong architectural glass shapes, reflecting the nature of the company’s work. The stationery and collateral includes the G design element in various ways, aiding in brand recognition.
