WAVES Coffee House

Challenge

WAVES Coffee is a Local Vancouver coffee house with stores in BC and Alberta. Having seen our design work, WAVES came to Straydog in late 2016 to help them design some new coffee cups and bags.

Waves Coffee places much importance on sustainability, single-origin source, environmental consciousness and the importance of local suppliers. We came up with a series of educational cup designs that tell those stories. Using the deep WAVES blue as a canvas, these designs use vibrant motifs in living colour to bring a smile to every morning face.

Results

Vibrant, cheerful cup and bag designs that light-up consumers mornings, while telling an important story about the coffee’s origins and re-inforcing WAVES brand positioning to sustainability and a commitment to the local grower.
